Duval & Stachenfeld Represents Angelo, Gordon & Co. in Acquisition of Historic Philadelphia Apartment Building

Duval & Stachenfeld LLP represented Angelo, Gordon & Co., one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers, with approximately $23 billion under management, in a co-venture with Korman Communities to acquire the Ben Franklin House, a 412-unit rental apartment building on a historic site in downtown Philadelphia.  The apartment building was purchased at the end of May.

 

The Duval & Stachenfeld Team was led by Real Estate Group partner Todd Eisner with assistance from Real Estate Group associates Caroline Katz Zelniker, Vidhi Shah and Marie Bertrand.
