C. Kim Le is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and the Distressed Real Estate Practice Group. 


Since joining the Firm in 2004, Ms. Le has developed an expertise spanning many key areas of commercial real estate law, including domestic and international acquisitions, sales, leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), financings (representing both borrowers and lenders) and joint ventures (representing both money partners and operating partners). 


Ms. Le’s recent, notable transactions include the acquisition of multiple condominium office buildings in Phoenix, Arizona, the assumption of the existing mortgage financing and the subsequent refinancing thereof; the acquisition and subsequent sale of a logistics complex consisting of approximately 131 parcels of land in Korea; the sale of a multi-family residential building consisting of approximately 144 units in Manhattan’s Upper West Side; the financing, development and leasing of a retail shopping complex in Las Vegas, Nevada; the acquisition and financing of a mortgage loan encumbering multiple office buildings in Houston, Texas; and the restructuring of a portfolio of mortgage loans encumbering mixed use properties in multiple U.S. States.


Ms. Le received her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1999 and her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2004, where she was the Managing Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.  Ms. Le is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
