Glenn A. Arbeitman is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Arbeitman’s practice focuses on all areas of commercial real estate law in his representation of private equity funds, REITs, lenders and nationally recognized builders and investors. Mr. Arbeitman’s transactional experience spans the range of transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions and development of office, multifamily, retail and hospitality properties, senior and mezzanine loan origination, loan modifications, workouts, restructurings, recapitalizations and joint ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arbeitman spent a number of years in investment management managing private equity style funds which invested in the debt and equity securities of private and public companies.
Mr. Arbeitman was formerly associated with the New York law firm of Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP (now Bryan Cave LLP) where he specialized in commercial real estate law having represented a broad range of domestic and international real estate investors and developers, REITs and lenders including having acted as the firm’s lead senior associate managing its securitization transactions.
Mr. Arbeitman received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
