Mr. Trumbo’s transactional practice focuses on leveraged and investment grade credit facilities, high yield and mezzanine note offerings, asset-based loans, and debt restructurings. His fixed income products experience also includes credit derivative instruments and structured loan programs.

Mr. Trumbo has advised commercial and investment banks in leveraged buy-outs, tender offer financings, cross-border acquisitions and recapitalizations.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Trumbo was Director and Counsel in the Fixed Income division at UBS and, previously, Counsel in the Finance Department at Mayer Brown LLP.

Mr. Trumbo is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the New York City Bar Association.
